Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept money orders and personal checks. For non-credit buying, just email or call in your order, we will be glad to assist you.
Shipping The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time for larger, custom wrapping products, such as large framed art. Other smaller products can be expected in 3-5 days, or sooner. Email to email@christiangiftsanddecor.com for critical needs shipping. The framed art is sent by UPS and smaller items are sent Priority Mail depending on the weight and size.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
Manufacturers Defects. If you have any problems with the product, please let us know right away so that we can take care of you.

Please contact us promptly and we will take the necessary actions to replace your product, exchange or refund your money, less shipping costs.
